Rowville Group Fitness Timetable

CLASS COST:

Pilates - teaches balance of movement, the importance of breath with movement and the training of the "core" or deep abdominal muscles for back strength and great posture.  Uses Pilates matwork and fitball.

Class Times:

Wednesday: 9:15am
Wednesday: 6:15pm

2010 Term Dates:

Term 1         Feb 1 – March 26
Term 2         April 12 – June 25
Term 3         July 12 – Sept 17
Term 4         Oct 4 – Dec 17

You're welcome to join at any time throughout the term, payment will be pro rata $12 per class.  Casual bookings are also welcome at a cost of $15 per session.  Bookings are essential.

Boxing - is a fun, fat burning class using kickboxing and boxing drills in a circuit style class that teaches good technique using gloves and mittwork.  Develop upper body strength and tone as well as working lower body with awesome kicking drills.  Burn fat, work out your stress! This class is held in the Community Centre Tennis Pavilion.  Cost is $12.  No need to book - pay as you go.
